With the new Practitioner, I feel as if I've known her for years. That's how comfortable she makes me.

I have been seeing Dr. Avila for several months now and it took 28 years but I finally found the BEST pain management doctor ever!! Dr. Avila is so kind and genuinely caring it’s amazing. He’s empathetic and he really listens when you speak. I’ve been living with chronic pain and depression due to the pain for 28 years. I’ve been to doctors from NY to Florida and had more injections than I can count. None of them helped. I had my first neck injection with Dr. Avila and he explained everything as he went along. It took about ten minutes and when I sat up on the table afterwards I couldn’t believe it but all of the agonizing pain was gone!!! I could turn my head to the left which I hadn’t been able to do in almost a year. The plan was to see if the relief lasted for a few days or two weeks and then after two weeks I would return for a second shot. Well the pain hasn’t returned. That was 2 months ago and I am still pain free! I am thrilled! I still have arthritis pain in my hips, hands and lower back but my neck was debilitating. I plan to have the same procedure on my lower back. My depression has improved 100%. I highly recommend Dr Avila. It’s such a pleasure to find a warm, caring and professional pain doctor. So many of them are cold and jaded and tired of listening to patients complaining. Pain can destroy your life in many ways and my life was a mess but thanks to Dr. Avila I am a new woman with a new outlook! I’m 68 years old so it’s never too late! Also all of his employees are wonderful. They call you back and are very kind and helpful!

Outstanding practice appointments are on time and easy to get. The providers are compassionate, thorough and explain everything completely. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Avila-Calles is a professional at his work. I received an injection today in my neck for pain. He was relaxed and explained the process as it was happening. I recommend him and this practice highly. My long term neck pain has already improved.

ECPC is always efficient and really listens to your concerns The only thing I would improve on is how much it hurts to get ablation procedure. It worked until I decided to vacuum my floor! I haven’t decided if it was worth the pain. I have fibromyalgia and am highly sensitive

I'm a chronic migraine patient and have been seeing Dr. Keough for about a year and a half. It has been a game changer. I called today for a trigger point injection and was told I could come in Monday (which was fantastic) but I would need a second appointment to get the actual injection (which would likely be another week or more)! I’m an established patient and didn’t even have to do this at my first visit! Is this a tactic for additional co-pays, which are $80 each. I guess I’ll end up going to the ER to break my headache. So disappointed. I thought ECPC was my place for life. Dr. Keough reached out to me and offered to see me immediately for my trigger point injection. He cares so much about his patients! I’m sticking with him - he’s the best pain Dr. I’ve ever had.

Ali is a provider who you can tell truly cares. She makes you feel heard and not dismissed. I was struggling physically and emotionally today, and Ali took the time to listen to me and help. I walked out from my appointment today a little more hopeful than I came in.

Wonder team of pain specialists. Highly recommend them.
