ECPC is always efficient and really listens to your concerns The only thing I would improve on is how much it hurts to get ablation procedure. It worked until I decided to vacuum my floor! I haven’t decided if it was worth the pain. I have fibromyalgia and am highly sensitive

I'm a chronic migraine patient and have been seeing Dr. Keough for about a year and a half. It has been a game changer. I called today for a trigger point injection and was told I could come in Monday (which was fantastic) but I would need a second appointment to get the actual injection (which would likely be another week or more)! I’m an established patient and didn’t even have to do this at my first visit! Is this a tactic for additional co-pays, which are $80 each. I guess I’ll end up going to the ER to break my headache. So disappointed. I thought ECPC was my place for life. Dr. Keough reached out to me and offered to see me immediately for my trigger point injection. He cares so much about his patients! I’m sticking with him - he’s the best pain Dr. I’ve ever had.

Ali is a provider who you can tell truly cares. She makes you feel heard and not dismissed. I was struggling physically and emotionally today, and Ali took the time to listen to me and help. I walked out from my appointment today a little more hopeful than I came in.

Dr Keough and his group are always so thoughtful and aware of what, as a pt, I need to feel better. Christine was great today and covered all issues I might have since recent big surgery. The best of care always.

I truly love this practice. Everyone from the receptionist, LPN’s, NP’s or PA’s, all the way up to Dr. Keogh himself and EVERYONE in between are so kind and extremely helpful. The entire staff make you feel welcome and taken care of. When you’re there, you know your health is of their utmost priority and concern. I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve dealt with major back pain for over 20 years and after Dr. Keogh, I can finally see real results and healing.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jose Avila-Calles. From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on my comfort. He explained every step of the pain injection procedure in a clear and reassuring way, which immediately helped ease my nerves. The injection itself was quick, precise, and far less uncomfortable than I expected. His calm, professional manner and excellent technique truly set him apart. My experience today was awesome. Everybody was very helpful. Got in on time. Spoke to the doctor. He was also the best explain everything to me so I could understand and just gonna come for getting my treatments done. Best experience ever.
