Let me start with my experience with the big D hospital system and my 30+ visits. The check in is ALWAYS the weakest link. Rude and unprofessional employees will always greet you and make you feel like you are bothering them. But not here at ECPC Wakefield. Toni was very professional, happy and made the check-in process pleasant and non stressful. Always a good start. All the staff were professionals and ECPC Wakefield. I saw Dr Keogh for a terrible condition Trigeminal Postherpetic Neuralgia caused by shingles. Dr Keogh was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and made me feel very comfortable. I received a few injections and was on my way. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so nice. The Dr. took a lot of time with me explaining everything and I did not feel like he was rushed at all. He put me at ease about my procedure, this being my first time with any procedure like the one I received. His assistant was super helpful and caring and nice. My pain level has significantly decreased already after just 24 hours. I would recommend ECPC Pain Specialists to all who are suffering.

Dr. Keogh East absolutely one of the best we have ever seen. He went over the MRI with us and told us what he was recommending, and did the procedure. The staff is unbelievable so kind and accommodating.

Dr. Jose Avila-Calles truly saved my life. I came into my appointment today at ECPC Apex Interventional Pain and Spine feeling very unwell, and he immediately recognized that something was not right. He identified irregular heartbeats/AFib and acted without hesitation by sending me straight to the ER. What stood out most was how calm and reassuring he was. He didn’t panic me, he guided me, and the staff was also very helpful and supportive during a scary moment. I am grateful to God that I even had that appointment today, because it got me urgent care when I needed it most. Thank you, Dr. Jose, for your attentiveness, professionalism, and compassion. To God be all the glory for my LIFE, HEALTH, and STRENGTH! ○/ Dr. Jose is truly a guardian angel.
