I'm doing a updated review. As I give ECPC Pain another 5star review I wish I could go higher then 5 because they truly care and really do everything they can to get you better without dealing with pain. I highly recommend them and I only put my trust and faith in them. Give everybody a rise for all the hard work and dedication they bring everyday to help people. Truly thankful and grateful

Polite and clean entry. Dr. was very detailed and spent the time needed to explain everything. Not something you see often anymore.

The best medical practice, I have ever been to. The Dr took the time to explain everything to me about my condition. Staff super nice. Can't say enough good things about everyone that works at the practice.

My experience with ECPC in the beginning was god had answered my prayers and I actually found a doctor who listened to ME. Dr. Keough was so patient, kind and professional with me because I was at the end of the rope. So it took some time, some pros and cons, me calling the office, and through all that he never gave up on me and wanted to send me elsewhere. That means a lot. I’m so glad God sent me his way………… He also has the best staff also. So I must say I’m on my road to recovery thanks to Dr Keough. I’m also followed by Dr.Krystle, who also makes sure my needs are met. Very pleasant and professional.

From the time I made the appointment til I walked in the office. I was greeted with a very polite young lady and the nurse that set me up in my room then did my vitals and listened to my concerns to the doctor one on one was an amazing experience. They are so compassionate about you and your care. Informative and patient and friendly people. I’ll definitely be sending out the referrals for sure. Thanks ECPC Holly Springs. Y’all rock. Great service very knowledgeable and the service was excellent

I have been a patient of ECPC for a few years now and I can say that it is pretty much the only doctor appointment I have that is consistently smooth. The staff is great, you never wait long at all, and Dr. Keogh is excellent. Always very professional, helpful and committed to helping their patients. I would recommend anyone who has chronic pain issues to try them out. They will definitely get you started on the right path

Every time I go to see Dr. Ali and or Dr. K everybody’s nice , perfect bedside manner never rushes you.the girls in the front are the sweetest…especially Nicole .I’m so thankful that I found an office that treats their patients the right way.
