Dr Keough is kind and personable. That staff here is attentive and nice.

Had misunderstood some instructions initially in the midst of a very stressful and painful time after a bad fall/accident….so was extra stressed out (and a bit confused) when I saw them this week…. but I did speak to the medical assistant who clarified as best she could and I hope we got it right! Otherwise the NP Kristen was kind, helpful and attentive… and the staff is always very professional and responsive. I really appreciate the care I’ve received with them! Would definitely recommend ECPC, Holly springs, Dr. Keogh, Kristen, and all the other great people there to help us patients!

I moved an hour away from the Dr office, but will gladly make the trip. I feel like the whole office cares about me as a patient. Best professionals in North Carolina!

First person you see is the receptionist who is very nice greeted with a smile. The staff friendly. I was in so much pain the Dr . ECPC Pain Specialists are the best. They have got my fibromyalgia under control and then all the other pain points in my body. Incredible doctors, staff and treatment plans! Highly recommend!

First time appointment at this office…found everyone at office to be pleasant and helpful.

Great experience,there was no pain during the injection.I also like the fact a monitor was used for the injection in my knee.I highly recommend ECPC.

After being asked to come back to the practice my girlfriend was finally listened to and the previous doctor is no longer at the practice, they helped us and cleared her name. I can’t thank the head doctor and manager enough, she has been given a new lease on life and the fire is back in her eyes again.
