I've seen both Dr. Keogh and Davis Holt and they are both fantastic! They are patient, kind, caring, and always listen to everything I have to say. They have helped me so much. I highly recommend ECPC Pain Specialists to anyone who needs treatment.

I have been coming here for a month now and the staff Ahmed, Rose and Alex as well as Dr. Keough Dr. Holt and Dr. Ally are all amazing! They are very nice, caring, kind, sweet and so supportive! They all actually really care and want to help and do the best for you in your situation and medical conditions! I can go on and on about everyone and everything they do for you! Can’t say enough good things about every single person who works there! I will def be with them forever! I promise you won’t be sorry for picking ECPC for your pain and medical care! I go to the Apex location but they have a few locations! I never have to wait and it’s not crowded or just an in out they don’t care or want to hear what you have to say like most places I have dealt with in the past! 10 out of 10!

ECPC has been just the people and place I have been hoping for! Dr Brian Keogh Jr is not only knowledgeable but professional, kind, caring, honest and helpful. I have also worked with Dr Bagsby and she is the same way. The entire office staff is absolutely wonderful to work with. I cannot be more appreciative of them making my hard path so much easier!

This place is absolutely amazing and a God sent! My Doctor is Brian and he’s so loving. Today Jewelya took care of me. She’s the sweetest. I can’t leave out Cassandra she makes things happen!!

i’ve been coming here for several years. I’ve had different procedures done to help with my pain. Front desk staff is always friendly and professional and the doctors are just wonderful. They’re very knowledgeable their patient with you. They really know what they’re talking about and how to help not just your pain, but you’re overall well-being
